Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all book publishing, eBook publishing, editing, writing, design, marketing, and related services undertaken by Amazing Publishing.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, making a payment, submitting a manuscript, approving a proposal, or otherwise engaging Amazing Publishing for services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Amazing Publishing, including individual services, bundled packages, customised publishing plans, and additional services requested during an active project.
Any exception, variation, or additional commitment will only be valid when confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Amazing Publishing.
Publishing Services
Depending on the package selected by the client, our services may include manuscript assessment, developmental editing, copy-editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, rewriting, book cover design, interior formatting, eBook conversion, print-ready file preparation, ISBN assistance, metadata preparation, publishing account assistance, platform submission, author branding, book marketing, and other related publishing services.
Only the services specifically listed in the client’s order confirmation, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or package description will be included in the project. Any service not expressly included may require an additional fee.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information, instructions, manuscript files, reference materials, author details, publishing preferences, account access, and approvals required to complete the project.
The client must carefully review all drafts, edited manuscripts, formatted files, cover designs, metadata, platform information, and final deliverables before approving them.
Delays caused by incomplete materials, missing information, delayed feedback, unavailable account access, or changes in the client’s instructions may extend the estimated delivery schedule.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all names, facts, dates, quotations, references, statistics, claims, contact details, biographies, and other information supplied for publication are accurate.
Manuscript Submission
Manuscripts should be submitted in an editable format unless otherwise agreed. The client must retain an independent backup copy of every manuscript, image, illustration, and supporting file submitted to Amazing Publishing.
Amazing Publishing will take reasonable care when handling client files but will not be responsible for the loss of files where the client has failed to maintain an independent backup.
Manuscripts containing incomplete chapters, unreadable material, corrupt files, inconsistent formatting, missing images, or substantial structural problems may require additional work and may result in revised pricing or delivery timelines.
Revision Policy
Revisions are provided according to the package purchased by the client. The number and type of revisions included will be stated in the applicable package description, proposal, invoice, or order confirmation.
A revision means a reasonable modification to work already completed in accordance with the client’s original instructions. Revisions do not include a complete rewrite, replacement of the manuscript, change of book concept, change of genre, change of target audience, change of trim size, change of publishing platform, or a substantial change in project scope.
Revision requests must be clear, consolidated, and submitted in writing. Where possible, the client should provide all requested changes in one document or message to avoid conflicting instructions.
Revision turnaround times depend on the complexity of the requested changes, the size of the manuscript, the selected package, and the current production schedule.
Any revision requested after final approval, after publication, after platform submission, or after delivery of final files may be treated as additional work and charged separately.
Revisions resulting from a client changing previously approved content, replacing major sections of the manuscript, adding new chapters, or altering previously confirmed specifications may require an additional fee.
Editing and Proofreading
Editing and proofreading are professional review services intended to improve clarity, consistency, grammar, spelling, punctuation, structure, readability, and presentation. The exact level of editing will depend on the service selected by the client.
Although we make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors, editing and proofreading do not guarantee that a manuscript will be completely free from every possible error, interpretation issue, factual inaccuracy, or subjective concern.
The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final manuscript before publication.
Editing does not include fact-checking, legal review, medical review, academic verification, citation authentication, or plagiarism investigation unless such a service has been expressly included in writing.
Ghostwriting and Content Development
Where ghostwriting, rewriting, or content development services are purchased, the client must provide sufficient information, direction, interviews, notes, research material, or subject-matter guidance for the work to be completed accurately.
Writing services will be based on the project brief and information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for reviewing the content for factual accuracy, personal representation, legal compliance, and suitability before approval.
Requests that materially change the agreed outline, word count, theme, audience, writing style, or subject after work has commenced may be considered a change in scope and may require additional payment.
Originality and Plagiarism
Amazing Publishing aims to provide original work for writing and content development services performed directly by our team.
The client must not submit plagiarised, unlawfully copied, or unauthorised material for editing, formatting, or publication.
The client is solely responsible for obtaining permission to use any third-party text, quotations, images, illustrations, charts, poems, lyrics, photographs, trademarks, research material, or other protected content included in the manuscript.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a project if we reasonably believe that the material infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law, or has been submitted without proper authorisation.
Book Cover Design
Book cover design services will be created according to the selected package, client brief, genre, trim size, format, and publishing platform requirements available at the time of production.
The client must provide accurate title, subtitle, author name, back-cover copy, barcode requirements, ISBN information, trim size, page count, and any other details required for the cover.
Spine width and print-cover dimensions may change when the final page count, paper type, trim size, or platform specifications change. Adjustments required because the client changes these specifications after approval may incur an additional fee.
Stock images, fonts, illustrations, or other licensed assets may be used where permitted. Such assets remain subject to the licensing terms of their respective providers and may not be exclusively owned by the client.
Book Formatting and eBook Conversion
Formatting services may include preparation of print-ready interiors, eBook files, EPUB files, PDF files, or other formats specified in the applicable package.
The appearance of an eBook may vary between devices, applications, screen sizes, operating systems, and reading platforms. Such variation is a normal feature of reflowable eBook technology and is not necessarily a formatting defect.
The client must review the formatted files and report any concerns before final approval or publication.
Changes to the manuscript after formatting has begun may require the file to be reformatted and may result in an additional fee.
ISBN, Copyright, and Registration Assistance
Where included in the selected package, Amazing Publishing may assist the client with ISBN applications, copyright registration information, cataloguing details, or other publishing-related registration processes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we act only as a service provider or administrative assistant and do not act as a government agency, legal authority, ISBN agency, copyright office, or regulatory body.
Approval, processing time, availability, classification, and acceptance of any registration remain subject to the rules and decisions of the relevant third-party organisation.
The client is responsible for providing accurate legal names, addresses, ownership details, book information, and other data required for registration.
Publishing Platforms
Third-party platforms may include online retailers, print-on-demand providers, eBook marketplaces, library networks, or other publishing platforms selected by the client.
All third-party platforms operate under their own terms, policies, content rules, technical requirements, payment procedures, royalty structures, and review processes. Amazing Publishing does not control these platforms.
We cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, approve, publish, distribute, rank, promote, or continue to host a book.
A platform may reject, delay, suspend, modify, remove, or request changes to a publication at its discretion. Any additional work required because of a change in platform policy or a client’s failure to comply with platform requirements may be charged separately.
Author Accounts and Login Credentials
The client may be required to create or provide access to author, retailer, publishing, advertising, or payment accounts.
The client remains responsible for account ownership, account security, password management, identity verification, tax information, banking information, royalty settings, and compliance with third-party platform requirements.
Where account access is provided to us, the client authorises Amazing Publishing to perform only the actions reasonably required to deliver the purchased services.
The client should change temporary passwords after the project is completed and should not share sensitive financial or identity information unless it is necessary for the applicable service.
Royalties and Sales Revenue
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, royalties, sales proceeds, and platform payments are paid directly to the account holder by the applicable retailer, distributor, or publishing platform.
Amazing Publishing is not responsible for calculating, collecting, withholding, transferring, or guaranteeing royalties unless such responsibilities are expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Questions regarding royalty calculations, payment schedules, tax deductions, returns, chargebacks, or sales reports may need to be addressed directly with the relevant third-party platform.
Marketing and Promotional Services
Marketing services may include promotional content, advertisements, social media materials, press releases, author branding, book trailers, outreach, campaign management, website content, or other promotional activities described in the selected package.
Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market demand, reader preferences, competition, pricing, reviews, platform algorithms, author participation, advertising budget, book quality, and timing.
Amazing Publishing does not guarantee a specific number of book sales, downloads, reviews, followers, rankings, leads, media placements, profits, or return on investment.
Estimated reach, impressions, clicks, engagement, or other campaign projections are estimates only and must not be treated as guaranteed results.
Payment Terms
The client must pay all charges according to the payment schedule stated in the invoice, proposal, package, or service agreement.
Work may not begin until the required deposit or initial payment has been received and successfully processed.
Instalment payments, where offered, must be paid on or before their due dates. We may pause work, withhold deliverables, delay publication, or suspend the project while an invoice remains unpaid.
Payments for additional services, changes in scope, extra revisions, expedited delivery, replacement work, or third-party charges must be paid before that work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is responsible for any bank charges, payment processing charges, currency conversion costs, taxes, duties, or third-party fees applicable to the transaction.
Refund Policy
Publishing projects involve reserved production time, professional labour, research, editing, writing, design, formatting, administration, and other resources. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the project stage and the amount of work already completed.
A refund request must be submitted in writing to the support department and must clearly explain the reason for the request.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, the following refund conditions apply:
- A refund may be considered if the request is made before work has begun, subject to the deduction of payment processing costs, administrative charges, consultation costs, and any non-refundable third-party expenses.
- Once research, assessment, editing, writing, design, formatting, account setup, publishing preparation, or any other production work has begun, the value of completed work will be deducted from any refund that may be approved.
- No refund will be available for any stage or deliverable that has been completed, delivered, reviewed, approved, or used by the client.
- No refund will be available after the client has approved a manuscript, cover, formatted file, publication setup, campaign, or other final deliverable.
- No refund will be available after a book has been submitted to, uploaded to, or published on a third-party platform.
- Fees paid to third-party platforms, printers, distributors, advertising networks, stock-asset providers, ISBN agencies, registration bodies, or other external providers are non-refundable unless the relevant provider issues a refund.
- No refund will be granted solely because a book does not achieve an expected level of sales, reviews, rankings, recognition, readership, or commercial success.
- No refund will be granted where delays or difficulties result from the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, materials, access, or payments.
- No refund will be granted where the client changes the original project scope, concept, genre, manuscript, platform, specifications, or instructions after work has commenced.
- Customised packages, promotional offers, discounted services, expedited services, consultation fees, and completed milestone payments may be non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually. Amazing Publishing reserves the right to approve or reject a request based on the service agreement, work completed, expenses incurred, files delivered, approvals received, client conduct, and other relevant circumstances.
An approved refund may be subject to deductions for completed work, administrative costs, payment processing charges, third-party expenses, and any other non-recoverable amounts.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, and payment provider.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the client must contact our support department through one of the following available methods:
- Phone: (972) 975-6498
- Live Chat
- Email: info@amazingpublishing.co
The refund request should include the client’s name, order information, service purchased, date of purchase, reason for the request, and any supporting information.
We may first offer corrections, revisions, replacement work, technical assistance, or another reasonable solution before determining whether a refund is appropriate.
Rights Following a Refund
If a full refund is issued for work created by Amazing Publishing, the client must stop using all unpaid or refunded drafts, manuscripts, edited files, cover concepts, formatting files, marketing materials, and other deliverables associated with the refunded service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of refunded or unpaid work remains with Amazing Publishing, and the client may not publish, distribute, reproduce, display, modify, sell, or use that work.
A partial refund does not automatically transfer rights to unpaid or refunded portions of the project.
Client Inactivity
The client is expected to remain available and responsive throughout the project.
If the client does not respond for five working days or more, the project may be placed on hold and the delivery schedule may be revised.
If the client remains inactive for thirty calendar days, the project may be treated as inactive or abandoned. Restarting an inactive project may require payment of a reactivation fee and may be subject to current availability.
Payments already applied to completed work, reserved production time, or third-party expenses will not become refundable because of client inactivity.
Approval of Work
An approval may be provided by email, live chat, the client account area, project management system, electronic signature, or any other written communication method used during the project.
Once the client approves a project stage, Amazing Publishing may proceed to the next stage based on that approval.
Changes requested after approval may require additional time and fees, particularly where files must be recreated, reformatted, resubmitted, or republished.
Delivery Policy
Estimated delivery dates will be communicated through the order confirmation, proposal, invoice, project schedule, email, or client account area.
Delivery timelines begin after all required payments, manuscript files, instructions, questionnaires, reference materials, and account details have been received.
Drafts and final files may be delivered through email, cloud storage, a client account area, a project management system, or another reasonable digital delivery method.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may change because of project complexity, manuscript length, client revisions, delayed approvals, third-party platform reviews, technical issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Expedited or rush delivery is only available when expressly agreed in writing and may require an additional fee.
Third-Party Printing and Physical Books
Where printing or author-copy assistance is provided, printing may be completed by an independent third-party printer or print-on-demand provider.
Minor variations in colour, paper, binding, trimming, alignment, finish, or print quality may occur between digital previews and physical copies.
Amazing Publishing is not responsible for printing delays, shipping delays, customs delays, carrier damage, stock shortages, or manufacturing issues caused by third-party providers.
The client should order and review a proof copy before approving a large print order.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
The client retains ownership of the original manuscript and original materials supplied by the client, provided that the client lawfully owns or is authorised to use those materials.
Upon full payment, the client will receive the usage rights or ownership rights stated in the applicable service agreement, proposal, package, or invoice.
No rights in unpaid work, rejected concepts, unused drafts, internal templates, working files, production methods, software, systems, or proprietary processes are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-party fonts, stock images, illustrations, software, templates, or licensed assets remain subject to their original licence terms.
The client may not claim exclusive ownership of a general idea, standard publishing method, common layout, genre convention, public-domain material, or non-exclusive third-party asset.
Client Warranties
By submitting content to Amazing Publishing, the client confirms and warrants that:
- The client owns the content or has permission to use and publish it.
- The content does not unlawfully infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- The content is not defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, obscene, or unlawful.
- The content does not contain unauthorised confidential or private information.
- The client has obtained all necessary releases, licences, citations, and permissions.
- The information provided to us is accurate and not intentionally misleading.
The client agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, costs, or legal issues resulting from material supplied or approved by the client.
Confidentiality
Amazing Publishing will take reasonable measures to protect unpublished manuscripts, personal information, account details, project discussions, and confidential materials received from the client.
Confidential information may be shared with employees, contractors, editors, writers, designers, formatters, printers, technology providers, or other service partners only where reasonably necessary to complete the project.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, authorised for disclosure, or required to be disclosed by law.
Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before publication, Amazing Publishing may identify completed and publicly available projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials.
We will not publicly display an unpublished manuscript or confidential project material without permission.
Quality Assurance Policy
Our team aims to complete each service according to the client’s approved instructions, package specifications, professional publishing standards, and applicable platform requirements.
Quality is assessed in relation to the specific service purchased. For example, proofreading does not include developmental rewriting, and formatting does not include substantive editing unless those services have also been purchased.
The client must report any technical issue or material inconsistency within a reasonable period after delivery so that we can review and address the concern.
Satisfaction Commitment
We are committed to providing professional service and addressing reasonable concerns in accordance with the selected package and revision policy.
Satisfaction is subjective and does not create an unlimited right to revisions, refunds, changes in scope, or additional services without payment.
Our satisfaction commitment applies to correcting work that does not reasonably follow the approved brief. It does not apply where the client changes their preferences, instructions, manuscript, business goals, or publishing strategy after work has been completed.
No Guarantee of Commercial Success
Amazing Publishing provides professional publishing and related services but does not guarantee literary awards, bestseller status, sales volume, profitability, reviews, media coverage, reader engagement, rankings, or any other commercial outcome.
The performance of a book depends on many factors outside our control, including the manuscript, genre, market demand, pricing, author reputation, competition, marketing, reviews, platform algorithms, and reader preferences.
Legal, Financial, Medical, and Professional Content
Our services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, academic, or other regulated professional advice.
Clients publishing content in regulated or specialist fields should obtain an independent review from an appropriately qualified professional before publication.
The client remains responsible for disclaimers, permissions, factual accuracy, citations, professional claims, and regulatory compliance.
Record Maintenance
We may retain project records and final deliverables for a limited period after completion. Storage periods are not guaranteed unless a separate archive service has been purchased.
The client is responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up all final files after delivery.
Retrieval of archived files may not always be possible and may be subject to an administrative or retrieval fee.
Customer Support
Customer support is available through the communication methods and business hours stated on the Amazing Publishing website.
Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request, public holidays, support volume, project complexity, and the availability of the relevant department.
Clients should use their registered contact information and provide their order details when contacting support.

Amazing Publishing will only accept responsibility for communications sent through contact details officially displayed on our website or provided by an authorised representative.
Our official email address is: info@amazingpublishing.co .

Amazing Publishing will not be responsible for payments, instructions, promises, representations, or communications made through unauthorised email addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts, or third parties.
Respectful Communication
Both the client and Amazing Publishing agree to communicate professionally and respectfully throughout the project.
Threats, harassment, discrimination, abusive language, fraudulent claims, or deliberate disruption may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from expressing an honest opinion, reporting unlawful conduct, seeking legal advice, or exercising rights available under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amazing Publishing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, sales, royalties, opportunities, reputation, data, or anticipated savings.
We will not be liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, printers, distributors, hosting providers, payment processors, advertising networks, couriers, government bodies, registration agencies, or other external service providers.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability of Amazing Publishing relating to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amazing Publishing, its owners, employees, contractors, and service partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Content, materials, instructions, or information supplied by the client;
- Alleged copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations;
- False, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or unauthorised content;
- The client’s breach of these Terms and Conditions;
- The client’s use, publication, or marketing of the final work.
Force Majeure
Amazing Publishing will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, illness, labour disputes, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, platform outages, supplier failures, or transportation disruptions.
Where such an event occurs, delivery timelines may be extended for a reasonable period.
Changes in Scope
A change in scope occurs when the client requests work that differs materially from the original package, brief, manuscript, specifications, timeline, or approved direction.
Changes in scope may require a revised quotation, additional payment, updated schedule, and written approval before work continues.
Changes to These Terms
Amazing Publishing may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, platform requirements, or applicable laws.
The version published on our website at the time of the client’s order will generally apply to that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable proposal, invoice, package description, order confirmation, and any signed service agreement, form the entire agreement between the client and Amazing Publishing concerning the purchased services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws applicable to the registered business location of Amazing Publishing, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve any dispute through direct written communication and good-faith negotiation.dis
